Tote Bag Painting Workshop in Delhi NCR: How a Session Works, Branding Options and Booking

In a tote bag painting workshop, each participant paints a plain cotton tote bag with fabric colours, and leaves with a personalised bag they can use the next day. It is one of Kraftykinni's most practical formats, because the finished piece is something people carry rather than something they store.

This guide explains how a session runs, how stencils and freehand painting work, how company branding can be added and what booking involves for groups in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. The full workshop page is Tote Bag Painting.

What Happens in a Tote Bag Painting Workshop

Sessions run for 1.5 to 2 hours and are guided by Shramita Govil, a Fevicryl Certified Artist:

  1. Each participant receives a plain cotton tote bag.
  2. Shramita guides the group through design layout, colour mixing and fabric painting techniques.
  3. Participants paint their bag with fabric colours, fine brushes and stencils.
  4. Fabric paint dries within 15 to 20 minutes, so participants can handle and pack their tote before the session ends.

Materials Included

Everything is supplied and included in the per-person price: tote bags, fabric paints, brushes, stencils and palette boards.

Stencils or Freehand?

No painting experience is needed. Participants who prefer a guided design can use stencils, and those who want to paint freehand get support from Shramita. Both approaches produce good results, so a mixed group can work side by side.

Adding Company Branding

For corporate events, Kraftykinni can pre-print your company logo or event branding on the bags before the workshop. Participants then personalise the bag further with their own painted design, which gives you a branded gift that is also handmade. Brand elements and event themes can also be worked into the design without printing.

Tote Bag Painting and Canvas Pouch Painting are the two formats Kraftykinni recommends most often for branded gifting. For a wider look at formats, see our guide to corporate art workshops in Delhi NCR.

A Sustainability-Themed Option

Each participant creates a reusable cotton bag, which suits sustainability or eco-themed events by reducing dependence on single-use plastic bags while also producing a personal piece of art.
